Drew Dutton, LPC-S, LCDC, ACPS has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the field of counseling and addiction treatment. Drew has held various leadership positions in different organizations throughout their career.

Starting in 2008, Drew worked as an AVID tutor in the Fort Worth ISD until 2011. Following this, they joined The Right Step as a Counselor Intern from 2011 to 2012 and then transitioned to becoming an Adolescent Program Counselor until 2013.

In 2010, Drew also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Texas Christian University until 2012. Drew then became an Adjunct Professor at the same university in 2018.

From 2013 to 2022, Drew worked at Phoenix House Texas, where they held multiple positions. Drew started as a Residential Coordinator in 2013 and later became a Clinical Manager in 2014. Drew was then promoted to Program Director in 2015, overseeing both residential and outpatient programs. In 2017, they became the Regional Director of Residential Services, responsible for budgeting, clinical practice, and compliance in Austin and Dallas. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Vice President and Clinical Director, responsible for all clinical operations in Texas. Finally, in 2020, Drew held the role of Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2022.

In addition to their work at Phoenix House Texas, Drew also started their own private practice called Better Days Counseling, PLLC in 2020. Drew serves as the owner and lead counselor, providing therapy services to adolescents, adults, and families. Drew is also an LPC-Supervisor and clinical development trainer.

In 2010, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, specializing in Physics and Chemistry, from Texas Christian University. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, Drew pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Professional Counseling from the same institution. They continued their education at Baylor University from 2019 to 2021, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Presently, Drew is attending the University of Pennsylvania, studying Positive Psychology to earn a Master's degree. Additionally, Drew holds several certifications, including being a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and an Advanced Certified Prevention Specialist (ACPS). They are also certified as a Physical Science Teacher by the Texas Education Agency.
