Victoria Leech

Victoria Leech currently serves as Chief of Staff at Phoenix Hydrogen, a software platform aimed at enhancing planning and trade at emerging hydrogen hubs, since September 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria Leech worked as a Startup Operator at tray.io and was a Founding Member at Alt, a platform for managing alternative assets. Victoria Leech also held the position of Chief of Staff at Lob, which provides developers with tools to automate offline communications, and served as Director of Communications and Public Relations at Hack Reactor, where responsibilities included managing PR strategies and communications plans. Early in the career, Victoria Leech functioned as an Executive Assistant, coordinating projects and executive schedules.
