Dhanushka Kumaragama

Dhanushka Kumaragama is a seasoned IT and Digitalization professional with extensive experience in managing ERP systems and driving digital transformation initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - ICT and Digitalization at Phoenix Industries since January 2022, Dhanushka leads strategic IT initiatives aimed at enhancing digital capabilities and optimizing operations. Prior roles include Manager - ICT and Digitalization and Manager - ERP Software System at GRI, where involvement spanned all project life cycle stages of the IFS ERP software implementation. Dhanushka's career also includes positions at Metropolitan Group of Companies, ETAL GROUP, Innodata Lanka, and Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd, with a solid foundation in system administration and software development. Dhanushka is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science (AI & ML) at Coventry University, further enhancing expertise in the field.
