Will Williams

Will Williams has a diverse work experience in the diving industry. Will started their career in 2008 at C&W Diving Services Inc as a Project Manager, Dive Supervisor, and Diver. Will was responsible for overseeing dive operations, ensuring crew and customer safety, and performing tasks such as installing patches and plugs on US Navy vessels. Will worked at C&W Diving Services Inc until 2017.

In 2011, Will briefly worked at C&W Diving as an Operations Manager, where they managed daily operations, supervised a team of 15+ divers, and scheduled dive work.

Since 2017, Will has been working at Phoenix International Holdings, Inc as an Operations Facility Manager and Technical Writer. Their responsibilities include managing the operations facility and writing technical documents.

Will Williams obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University of San Diego in 2014-2015. Prior to that, in 2007, they studied Commercial Diving with a specialty in Advanced Dive Medicine at the College of Oceaneering.
