Aurélia Laff

Aurélia Laff is the current GM at Phoenix Labs. Aurélia has previous experience working in recruitment and human resources for companies such as Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, 38 Studios, and Electronic Arts Montreal. In 2013, they founded Unlocked Talent, LLC, a boutique recruiting agency specializing in mission critical searches for the digital entertainment industry.

Aurélia Laff holds a Masters degree in International Human Resources Management from Université d'Angers, and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal. Aurélia also has certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Integrated Talent Management, LinkedIn in Leading at a Distance, HRCI in PHR, and The Interchange Institute (Boston, MA) in Crossing Cultures with Competence - Level 1 & 2.

Aurélia Laff reports to Jesse Houston, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Sam Bong - Executive Director, Renee Gittins - GM, and Todd Derechey - Director, Finance.
