Susan Bunker

Ms. Bunker brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in customer and technology support to her role as Phoenix CTO. Ms. Bunker led the development of Phoenix’s technology environment including a world-class web-based data entry platform and a proprietary telecommunications system supporting more than 400 US-based agents.
