Lori Collins has a diverse and extensive work experience in economic development and marketing. Lori is currently serving as the Director of Business and Economic Development at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. Prior to this, Lori worked for the City of Mesa Office of Economic Development as the Deputy Economic Development Director - Strategic Initiatives. Lori also held the position of Deputy Director, Community & Economic Development at the City of Phoenix. Before that, Lori worked as the Airport Administrator at Chandler Municipal Airport and as an Economic Development Specialist at City of Chandler Economic Development. Lori also gained experience as a Marketing Director at NAI (Phoenix & Las Vegas) and as a Marketing Communication Manager at Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Earlier in their career, Lori worked as a Marketing Specialist at Economic Development, City of Mesa, AZ, and as a State Event Coordinator at Teen Challenge of Arizona.

Lori Collins obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General studies from Chandler/Gilbert Community College between the years 1992 and 1994. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication at Vanguard University of Southern California from 1994 to 1996.
