Robert "Bob" Draper, PE, LEED AP, CM has a strong and extensive work history in the field of engineering. Robert "Bob" started their career at the City of Phoenix in 1983 as a Civil Engineer III and worked there until 1994. Robert "Bob" then joined Stantec as a Senior Associate for six years. In 2001, they began working for the City of Mesa as the Deputy City Engineer until 2006. During this time, they also held the position of Public Works Director and Director of Engineering at CMX from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they became the Vice President at Premier Engineering Corporation until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at the City of Mesa Engineering Department as a Supervising Engineer. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Engineering at the Phx Mesa Gateway Airport Authority.

Bob Draper obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Arizona State University, where they attended from 1980 to 1983.
