Edmund Shen

Mr. Shen joined Phoenix as the VP of Product Management and Supply Chain in January 2021. Previously, Mr. Shen was a founding member of SERES EV and was the head of Product and Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Development & Management, and Sr. Director of Product Marketing. Prior to that, Mr. Shen joined Tesla in 2009 when the company was a small startup. During his seven-year tenure at Tesla, he led many key EV product development and global launch programs, contributing to Tesla’s Roadster, Model S, Model X, Model 3, Powerwall, and Powerpack programs, as well as OEM programs for Mercedes Benz B-Class EV, and Toyota Rav 4 EV programs. Previously, Mr. Shen held several senior roles at leading global semiconductor companies, including Applied Materials, Lam Research, and KLA. Mr. Shen earned an M.S. in Engineering from San Jose State University.
