Amor N. Gariando has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2005, Gariando worked as a Laboratory Specialist at Petron Corporation until November 2011. From October 2012 to March 2014, Gariando served as a Technical Product Specialist at Dakila Trading Corporation.

Gariando then joined Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. in April 2014 as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, a position held until August 2021. Following this, Gariando transitioned to the role of Business Process Improvement Lead - Lean Six Sigma, where they worked from August 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Gariando holds the position of Policies and Business Process Lead at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc., starting from April 2023.
