Jarold Roy Lubaton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. JAROLD ROY started their career in 2005 as a Branch Service Officer at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and later transitioned to become a Collection and Acquired Assets Officer. In 2010, they joined Smart Automobile as a Credit Control Executive before moving on to PropNex Realty Pte Ltd as a Legal Executive in 2012. In the same year, they also worked as an Accounts Receivable Executive at Hawksford Singapore Pte. Ltd. JAROLD ROY'snext role was at Alexandra Health System where they served as a Business Office Supervisor (Transaction Management) for three years before joining Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. in 2018 as the Governance, Risk & Assurance Manager.

Jarold Roy Lubaton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ateneo de Davao University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in entrepreneurship. In 2016, they completed the "Entrepreneurship Specialization," "Entrepreneurship 1: Developing the Opportunity," "Entrepreneurship 2: Launching your Start-Up," "Entrepreneurship 3: Growth Strategies," and "Wharton Entrepreneurship Capstone" courses from Coursera Course Certificates. Furthermore, in 2016, they also obtained the "Entrepreneurship 4: Financing and Profitability" certification twice from Coursera Course Certificates. Finally, in 2017, they acquired an MBA from MyLeanMBA.com.
