Rubin joined Phoenix as a Shareholder Representative who is key in developing and managing strategic relationships with Retail Joint Venture partners (non-operated JV), while aiming to deliver the Phoenix Customer Value Proposition to final users in an efficient, cost-effective, consistent, and sustainable manner.

Aside from ensuring that the agreed business plan is carried out properly, he also makes sure that all Retail JV partners are aligned with the channel strategy, and will maintain profitability among JV partners as guided by the Partner Value Propositions.
