Katja Weber

Katja Weber has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katja started their career as an HR Officer at PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider in September 2009 and worked in that role until September 2014. Katja then became a Senior HR Officer from October 2014 to November 2015. After that, they served as the Head of HR Business Partners Top Management from December 2015 to January 2018. Subsequently, they were promoted to the position of Head of HRBP Top Management & Group Functions from February 2018 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the role of an Area HR Director at the same company, starting in April 2022.

Prior to working at PHOENIX group, Katja had experience as an HR Generalist at BorgWarner from March 2006 to August 2009.
