Martin Hase

Martin Hase has over 25 years of work experience in various industries. Martin is currently the Head of Category Management at the PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider, where they collaborate with European and group management teams to establish best practice Category Management processes. Previously, Martin worked as a Business Consultant at Martin Hase, providing process improvement and category management expertise to retail and FMCG partners. Prior to that, they held senior roles at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, where they led productivity improvement strategies and managed category development and ranging activities. Martin also worked as a Category Controller at Arla Foods amba, leading category reviews and developing long-term category strategies with key retailers. Martin began their career at Rolls-Royce as a Technical Manager, overseeing technical support and managing improvement targets. Martin holds a position as Engineering Manager at NSK from 1994 to 1998.

Martin Hase completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Nottingham Trent University. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of Leeds from 2002 to 2003.
