Tonje Hope

Tonje Hope currently serves as a Senior Expert in Talent Development at PHOENIX group, an Integrated Healthcare Provider, since September 2022. Prior to this, Tonje held multiple roles at Bilfinger from November 2017 to September 2022, including Global Process Manager for Recruiting & Onboarding, where responsibilities involved elevating talent experiences and aligning recruitment with HR strategy. Tonje also worked as an HR Specialist in Talent Management & Academy, collaborating on strategic recruitment and succession processes, and as an HR-Consultant, focusing on HR transformation and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Tonje holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organisations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Human Resource Management from the University of Winchester.
