Victoria Matskevich

Victoria Matskevich currently serves as a Business Development Manager for Specialty Distribution in the European region at PHOENIX group since April 2025. Previously, Victoria held the position of Senior Product Manager at Yandex from June to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team to develop an AI-driven product. At Novartis, from June 2021 to May 2024, Victoria worked as the Commercial Lead for a cluster encompassing Southern, Eastern, Central Europe, and Russia, managing projects in various therapeutic areas and driving data-driven decision making. Additional roles at Novartis included Product Manager and participation in the DNA Leadership Development Program for Emerging Talents. Early in the career, Victoria was a Research Intern at the Higher School of Economics, contributing to a project assessing quality of life measures in Russia. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Economics from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Medical Physics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
