Allie Panseri

Alexandra Panseri is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and previously as Human Resources Director at Phoenix Physical Therapy since June 2020, Alexandra has a comprehensive background that includes managing all phases of HR operations across multiple locations. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, Swanson Industries, Inc., and DPS Land Services, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, Alexandra has a solid foundation in HR practices from earlier work as a Human Resources Generalist at Children's Community Pediatrics. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College.
