Conan Brooks

Conan Brooks, MS, PT has worked as a Clinical Director at Rehab Associates from January 2003 to November 2016, and currently serves as the Facility Director at PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. since November 2016.

Conan Brooks earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2000, followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002.
