Trent Winduss is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investments and structured finance. Currently serving as the Head of Australian Investments and the Head of Asian Structured Debt Investments at Phoenix Property Investors since August 2017, Trent manages the Australian business and oversees debt investments across Asia. Prior to this role, Trent held the position of Director at Qualitas Group, focusing on mezzanine debt and preferred equity investments in Australian real estate, and served as Director at Investec, where structured property finance transactions were executed. Earlier career experience includes management roles at Rothschild, where evaluation and execution of structured finance facilities were conducted, and at Rothschild Golden Arrow Fund / LinQ Resources Fund, focusing on investment opportunities in the small to mid-cap resources sector. Trent holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and degrees in Finance from several institutions, including a Master's from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's from Edith Cowan University.
