Jamie McBride

Jamie McBride is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in eCommerce marketplace management, retail business analytics, and warehouse operations. Currently serving as the Service Operations Manager at Phoenix Pumps, Inc., since April 2024, Jamie previously held various positions at Brock Supply Co from March 2012 to April 2024, including Operations Manager, Warehouse Coordinator, and Special Projects Supervisor, among others. Jamie's expertise encompasses small parcel freight strategy, parcel contract negotiation, and WMS system implementation, with proficiency in business analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and SSRS.
