Nichole Williams

Nichole Williams, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People and Growth at Phoenix Rising Centers since August 2025. Previously, Nichole held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Coast Guard Exchange from January 2023 to August 2025 and worked as a Federal EEO Investigator at FEMA for a short period in late 2022. Nichole was the Director of Human Resources at Children's Harbor from May 2020 to June 2022 and managed HR and Operations as the Director at MaidPro from March 2014 to February 2020. In earlier roles, Nichole served as Vice President at Forensic Analysis & Engineering Corporation and worked as a Workforce Solutions Advisor at Apollo Education Group. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Hawaii Pacific University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
