Roger Salazar

Roger Salazar has extensive experience in technology and sports coaching, currently serving as a Technology Product Owner at Banner Health since April 2010, where responsibilities include managing various infrastructure applications such as Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. Salazar has also been a youth soccer coach for Phoenix Rising Football Club since July 2022, earning recognition for leading teams to championship titles. In previous roles, Salazar directed the girls' program at Arizona Inferno Soccer Club, achieving significant accolades, and held positions at PDS Tech, DHL Express, NCS Pearson, and Buzzeo Inc., specializing in Active Directory, systems support, and technical consulting. Salazar earned a BA in Spanish from Grand Canyon University and has foundational education from Yavapai College.
