Gary Ebanks

Gary Ebanks has extensive experience in production management and operations across various industries, including metal stamping, architectural cladding, and rail transportation. Currently serving in production management at Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC, Gary is focused on developing a startup facility while achieving organizational safety and production goals. Previous roles include production manager at Auzmet Architectural Cladding & Signage and ASF Modular, where innovative manufacturing solutions were implemented. With a strong background in operations and project management from BNSF Railway, along with leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps, Gary holds a Master’s degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Ongoing professional development includes online courses from Harvard Business School and language studies in Spanish.
