Aubs Tredget has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. They started their career in 1992 as a Film and TV Production Coordinator and Location and Unit Manager, working on projects like "The Lord of the Rings." From 2001 to 2007, they served as an Entertainment Industry Sales and Marketing Manager at White Light Ltd / Translux Ltd. Later, from 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Freelance Film, TV, and Corporate Producer, Line Producer, and Production Manager, handling tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and contracting. In 2012, Aubs joined the Sydney Opera House, initially as a Production Manager and later as the Head of Production Management. Their responsibilities included conceptualization, technical planning, safety analysis, stakeholder coordination, and staff management.
Aubs Tredget completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English with a focus on Film and Television at Curtin University from 1988 to 1991. Later in 1995, Aubs pursued further education at Curtin University and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Film and Television Production.
