Andrew Valencia is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef for the Phoenix Suns since August 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions including Chef at Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment, Executive Chef at Culinary Dropout, Sous Chef at NORTH Italian Restaurant, and Executive Chef at Maggiano's Little Italy. Andrew's early career included roles as Executive Sous Chef at Barcelona Restaurants and Lead Cook/Expo at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. Andrew graduated from the Arizona Culinary Institute with a degree in Culinary Art and Restaurant Management.
