Reggie Bibb

Reggie Bibb, M.Ed., currently serves as the Team Member Experience Manager for the Phoenix Suns, focusing on leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and onboarding initiatives since January 2024. Prior to this role, Reggie spent nearly a decade at Wylie Independent School District, where responsibilities included Director of Diversity and Inclusion & Employee Relations, implementing professional development programs, overseeing employee resource groups, and facilitating conflict resolution. Reggie also held positions as an Assistant Principal, a head and assistant coach for varsity basketball, and taught mathematics across multiple educational roles, contributing significantly to athletic and educational success within those programs. Reggie earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from East Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Harding University and an Associate of Arts from Seminole State College.
