Karl Lewis

Karl Lewis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and energy sectors. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Phoenix Swift since August 2016, Lewis previously held various leadership roles at SGV International from March 2019 to February 2025, including Vice President of Workforce Planning and Development, Vice President of Professional Services, and Business Technology Advisor. Lewis also had a brief tenure as Interim Director of Network Control Systems at NW Natural in 2018 and worked as an Independent Consultant for Catapult Energy Services Group LLC. Notably, Lewis spent 25 years with BP, culminating in the position of Regional Integration Manager for IT Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing significant IT service delivery in the Southern US. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
