Larry Hibbard

Mr. Hibbard has spent over thirty years of his career in the drilling services industry, the majority of which was with Schlumberger Limited. He has an extensive background in acquisitions, operations, marketing, technology, and engineering. Throughout his career he held numerous senior management positions primarily related to international operations, including Region Vice President of Directional Drilling - Worldwide, Vice President of Marketing - North America, and Vice President of North and South America. These positions lead Mr. Hibbard to work in the directional drilling sector in Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Burma. He was also Vice President of Marketing Worldwide for Sedco Forex (a predecessor of Transocean) and Vice President General Manager Worldwide of IPM, a high growth Integrated Project Management group. Currently, Mr. Hibbard is an independent business man who, in addition to PHX Energy Services Corp., serves on the Board of Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp. and numerous other oilfield service companies. He has completed the comprehensive program of study, through National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and achieved the designations of both Board Leadership and Board Governance Fellow.
