Miguel Garrido

Miguel is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in M&A, securities law, infrastructure, and general corporate matters, both in-house and at international law firms. Prior to joining PTI, Miguel spent the last six years as general counsel, chief legal officer, head of compliance, and secretary to the board for Telxius, a global digital telecommunications infrastructure operator. Before Telxius, he spent eight years as head of the M&A, commercial, and financing of the legal department of the Telefónica Group, S.A, and five years as director of legal affairs – mergers & acquisitions for Telefónica Móviles. Before moving in-house, he was an associate with both Allen&Overy and CMS Spain.
