Rocío Estremadoyro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and business management, currently serving as Regional General Manager for Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina at Phoenix Tower International since June 2018. Rocío holds a significant leadership background, having been the CEO of Torres Andinas and an Independent Business Owner at Smart GPS. Rocío's previous roles include General Manager at Movilred and various managerial positions at Telefonica Moviles, where notable achievements included substantial revenue increases and channel optimizations.
