Jeremy Bound

Jeremy Bound has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and management. Jeremy most recently served as the Director of Information Technology at Phoenix Zoo and prior to that, they were the IT Director/Systems Administrator at OdySea Aquarium. Before joining these organizations, Jeremy worked as a System Administrator at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium and as the Manager of Business Systems at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. Jeremy also has experience as a Board Member and President & CEO at DigitalWork, and as a General Manager at Ticketmaster VISTA. Prior to their career in IT, Jeremy held roles such as Associate Director at Roots of American Music and Manager of Guest Services at Great Lakes Science Center. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in systems administration, strategic planning, client relationship management, and financial management.

Jeremy Bound earned a BA degree in Business Management from Ursuline College. In addition, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2019.
