Brian Frank has over a decade of experience in facilities management, currently serving as Facilities Manager at Phoenix, LLC since March 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Regional Director of Maintenance at Alternative Continuum of Care/Oak Park Properties from February 2009 to March 2020, where valuable expertise in maintenance operations was developed.
