Brian Cerise

Brian Cerise has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From there, they worked as an Account Executive at Stonecreek Funding before joining Sebring Capital as an Account Executive.

In 2006, Brian became the Director of Real Estate at Spicy Pickle Franchising, and in 2010, they joined Steel Mountain Capital as the VP of Sales & Trading. Brian then moved on to their most recent position as the Senior Vice President of Loan Trading at PHOENIX in 2014. Throughout their career, Brian has been responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and closing the purchase of closed residential mortgages, helping mortgage bankers and banks realize liquidity from the sale of various types of loans.

Brian Cerise completed their undergraduate education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1995 to 2001. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics during this time.
