Luca Mastroberardino

Luca Mastroberardino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Phonak since November 2008, Luca oversees the operations of various hearing aid brands under Sonova AG, including Unitron and Hansaton, as well as the implant division of Advanced Bionics and consumer healthcare products from Sennheiser. Prior to this role, Luca was Business Unit Director at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals AG Switzerland from October 2006 to October 2008 and held the position of Marketing Manager at Pfizer from November 1998 to September 2006. Luca's academic credentials include a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Zurich and completion of the Senior Leadership Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at INSEAD in both 2004 and 2017.
