Jagan Sivathanu

Jagan Sivathanu is an experienced IT audit professional with a robust background in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as an IT Audit Lead at PhonePe since July 2022, Jagan previously held key positions such as Senior Risk and Control Advisor at Shell and Senior Information Technology Auditor at Walmart. Jagan also has experience as a Manager of IT Compliance at Juniper Networks, overseeing SOX ITGC audits and cybersecurity initiatives. Furthermore, Jagan worked as an Advisory Consultant at IBM India, managing compliance for various accounts. Additional roles include Lead Information Security at BNY Mellon and IT Security & Compliance Lead at IBM.
