Kiran Varghese

Kiran Varghese is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Lead at PhonePe since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kiran was the Zonal HR Head at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited from December 2019 to September 2025, overseeing HR business partnering for approximately 5,000 retail and sales colleagues in the South Zone. Kiran also held positions at Aditya Birla, including Lead for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and HR Business Partner for Allen Solly, where the focus was on leading the people agenda in collaboration with business leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Manager of HR at Welspun World, with multiple roles in performance management and talent management, and a summer internship at Perfetti Van Melle. Kiran holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology.
