Radhika Mittal

Radhika Mittal currently serves as the Associate Director and Head of Insurance Business Operations at PhonePe since March 2023. Previously, Radhika held the position of Director of Customer Experience & Digital Strategy at Rupeek from January 2022 to March 2023, and was a Deputy Director at Myntra focusing on Customer Experience Strategy and Digital Projects from August 2018 to December 2021. Radhika's earlier roles include Associate General Manager at Lodha Group, managing corporate strategy and customer experience transformation, and a brief stint at Avendus Capital in digital and technology. Radhika holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
