Willer Neto

Willer Neto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Willer started their career at BWG Representações Comerciais Ltda in 2012 as a Trade Representative, where they sold artificial heart products and provided technical support in the surgical field. Willer also taught classes and lectures on Mechanical Ventricular Assist Devices. In 2015, they joined Medicalsul as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for inventory management, supply logistics, and after-sales support for hospitals and clinics. Willer later became the Foreign Trade Manager, overseeing the import process and collaborating with international partners. In 2018, they joined Juno as a Customer Experience representative, providing support to customers via chat, email, and phone. Willer then transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager, participating in the creation of this new area and identifying business opportunities. Willer's most recent position, starting in 2020, is as a Customer Success Manager at PhoneTrack, where they manage customer portfolios and monitors performance metrics using various tools.

Willer Neto's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled in FAE Centro Universitário to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Administration. Willer completed their degree in 2012, specializing in Business Administration.

In 2015, Willer joined FAE Business School to pursue a Post-Graduation degree in International Business, which they completed in 2017. During this time, they acquired knowledge and skills in the field of International Business.

In 2019, Willer furthered their education at FAE Business School by pursuing another Post-Graduation degree, this time in Financial Market Management. Willer completed this program in 2020, enhancing their understanding of the finance industry.
