Mara Garcia

Mara Garcia is currently the VP of Finance and Accounting at Phonexa. Prior to that, they were the Assurance & Advisory Manager at KROST from October 2016 to May 2020. Before KROST, they were a Senior Accountant at gish SEIDEN LLP from November 2014 to September 2016. Mara has also held positions as an Account Manager at Synergy K | M | C and as a Peer Learning Facilitator at California State University, Northridge. In addition, they have served as President and Director of Membership for the CSUN Accounting Association. Mara's first professional position was as an Associate Trainer at Panera Bread, which they held from July 2009 to December 2010.

Mara Garcia has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University-Northridge and is certified by the AICPA in Cybersecurity Advisory Services and the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
