Valerii Khimel

Support Manager at Phonexa

Valerii Khimel is currently a Support Manager at Phonexa. Prior to that, they worked as a Ticketing / Quality Agent for Global Bilgi from April 2016 to June 2019. There, they helped customers with bookings, ticketing, rebooking, refunds, and payments for additional services over the phone. They also served as a backoffice quality specialist and helped resolve complex customer issues.

From January 2018 to June 2019, they were also responsible for onboarding new agents, managing the call queue, and preparing assessment reports. They participated in the development of the training program and evaluated recorded calls to improve customer service.

Valerii Khimel completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet.
