Frida Sand - Engman

Frida Sand-Engman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Special Projects at Phoniro Sverige since February 2022, focusing on ISO 27001 and leading efforts towards information security certification, as well as customer satisfaction initiatives and a CX project with ASSA ABLOY. Prior to this role, Frida held various leadership positions at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, including Head of Operations for Senior Care Nordics and Head of Customer Care, where contributions included establishing a new B2B customer care team. Frida Sand-Engman also amassed substantial experience at Telia from March 2009 to April 2021, holding multiple managerial roles such as Head of Terminal and Hardware and Manager of 2nd Line Massmarket Consumer, overseeing diverse teams, coaching staff, managing logistical tasks, and ensuring budget responsibilities. Additional experience includes sales roles at Ullevi Restaurang och Konferens and coaching at Stockholm City. Frida Sand-Engman completed a coaching diploma from Human Resource AB after graduating from Ester Mosessons Gymnasium.
