Katie Strickland has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Benefits & Recruiting Coordinator at HCS Systems LLC in 2005. Katie later held roles at Novella Clinical, IBM, SolarWinds MSP, TransLoc, Syneos Health, and Sense Photonics in various HR positions. Currently, they are the Founder and Principal of StricklyHR and the Human Resources Director at Phononic Inc. Katie'sexpertise includes leading strategic HR planning, developing talent, and implementing programs to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Katie Strickland completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at North Carolina State University in 2001. Katie also graduated from Albemarle High School. In 2008, they obtained a PHR certification from HRCI, and in 2018, they became a Certified Job Coach through the International Coach Federation.
