Mikhail Rybnikov

CEO & Board Member at PhosAgro

Mikhail Rybnikov was appointed CEO by PhosAgro’s Board of Directors starting 11 March 2022.

In March 2020, he was appointed Executive Director of PhosAgro. From October 2018 to March 2020, Mikhail Rybnikov held the position of First Deputy CEO of PhosAgro.

In 2015, he was appointed General Director of JSC PhosAgro - Cherepovets. On 1st November 2017 this was merged with JSC Apatit and he was then appointed General Director of JSC Apatit.

From 2012 until 2015 he was the head of CJSC PhosAgro AG. Mr. Rybnikov was with CJSC PhosAgro AG since 2006, having served as director for economic affairs, finance director and executive director. In 2004 - 2006 he held the post of director for economic affairs and finance at OJSC Apatit.

From 2001 until 2004 he was CFO at OJSC Ammophos. In 1998 - 2001 Mr. Rybnikov worked as deputy CEO for economic affairs and finance at OJSC Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers. Rybnikov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a master`s degree in economics.

Mikhail has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Governor of the Vologda Region and the Mayor of Kirovsk, as well as Letters of Acknowledgement by the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly and the Mayor of Cherepovets. He also won the Best Leaders of the Russian Federation open competition.
