Ken McAllister

Mr. McAllister joined Phoseon in 2012, after 36 years in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Phoseon, Mr. McAllister was Director of Process Integration at Integrated Device Technology. Mr. McAllister has participated in 3 wafer fab startups from groundbreaking to full production. He was at IDT for 26 years and has also worked at Qimonda, Synertek, and Intersil. Mr. McAllister holds an MSEE from National Technological University and a BSEL from California Polytechnic University with an emphasis in microelectronics.
