Mara Vincelli

Mara Vincelli is a seasoned researcher specializing in genetic engineering, currently employed at Photanol since February 2015. Previously, Mara undertook a research internship at INT-CROM's Pharmacogenomics Lab, focusing on mutational status assessment of K-Ras, EGFR, and BRAF, along with studies on circulating tumor cells. Additional experience includes a biotechnology student fellowship at Biogem Research Institute, where research centered on the impact of common pesticides on thyroid transcriptomes, and a fellowship at the University of Naples Federico II, which involved enhancing knowledge of gene expression control mechanisms, particularly those mediated by microRNAs. Mara holds a degree in Medical Biotechnologies from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and completed advanced studies in Genetic Sciences & Technologies at the Advanced School of Biotechnology at Biogem Campus.
