Courtnie Clemens

Courtnie Clemens serves as the General Manager at Photo Paper Direct since January 2022, overseeing PnL, budget management, forecasting, demand planning, and global operations, including cross-functional teams and a production facility in the UK. Previously, Courtnie held the position of VP of Revenue/Ecommerce General Manager at Aterian, where responsibilities included PnL management for the acquired brand PPD. As Director of Brand Management and Ecommerce at Boosted Commerce, Courtnie managed mergers and acquisitions and transition plans. Prior roles include President of E-commerce at Sunco Lighting, where sales grew 4X in two years, and VP of Marketing/Ecommerce at Neurogan, where Courtnie established the brand from the ground up. Other experience includes global business development at Crown Bioscience and client management at Stericycle. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington and study at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, along with participation in the Indiana University Honors Program in Spain.
