Anja Gossens-von der Heidt

Anja Gossens-von der Heidt has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Head of Global Human Resources at Photocure. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Europe at Photocure. Anja also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA region at Permobil. Anja Gossens-von der Heidt also has experience as the Managing Partner at von der Heidt Personalkompetenz GmbH and as the Head of Corporate HR at CWS-boco International GmbH. Anja began their academic pursuits in 1985 at AMT, where they focused on Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau. After completing their studies in 1988, they moved on to acquire further knowledge in the field of Betriebswirtschaft at Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster. Anja spent four years there and obtained a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in 1992.

Anja then expanded their professional horizons by enrolling in the Franz Haniel Akademie. In 1994, they completed the Führungskräftenachwuchsprogramm, and in 1995, they finished the Leadership Programm.
