Kjell Halstvedt

Kjell Halstvedt has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Finance and Accounting Manager at Photocure ASA since September 2006, overseeing external financial reporting, budgeting, and tax responsibilities. Prior to this role, Kjell held the position of Corporate Accounting Manager at Dyno Nobel ASA from May 1999 to September 2006, where responsibilities included internal and external financial reporting and IFRS implementation. From April 1991 to May 1999, Kjell was the Corporate Internal Audit Manager at Dyno ASA, managing audits for corporate headquarters and subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes working as the Financial Manager at Viking Dekk Produksjon AS from April 1989 to April 1991. Educational qualifications include a Statsautorisert revisor degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
