Michal Kalousek

Michal Kalousek has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Michal started their career in 1991 as a Sales and Marketing Manager at MATE computer, where they handled commercial level equipment and supplies for the photo industry. Michal served as the owner, manager, exclusive salesman, and service supervisor during their time there. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Photomate s.r.o., and then moved on to REFUSOL GmbH where they served as a Sales Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they took on the role of Sales manager for Eastern Europe at Refusol GmbH from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Advanced Energy as a Sales Manager Eastern Europe until 2015. Finally, they became the General Manager at Photomate s.r.o. in 2015.

Michal Kalousek studied at the Czech Management Institute – ESMA from 2008 to 2010, earning a degree in Business Administration (acc. MBA). Prior to that, from 1992 to 1993, Kalousek attended the Dale Carnegie Course in Prague, where they received a certificate in Sales and Human Relations. Additionally, in 1990 and 1991, they attended the Goethe Institut in Munich and completed the Zentrale Mittelsufenprufung, specializing in German.
