Chris Sargent

Prior to joining Photon, Chris worked at a Silicon Valley boutique firm assisting entrepreneurs, founders and start-ups with numerous issues including formation, seed & venture financing and intellectual property strategies. Chris also worked as a litigator, representing clients in business litigation and intellectual property disputes in a variety of federal District and Circuit courts, domestic and international arbitration tribunals, and the trial and appellate courts of California. Chris earned a JD from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco cum laude and a BA from Yale University.
